Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or alterations will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. The refund will be issued through your original payment method (cash refund if paid COD, typically coordinated through your chosen return method).
In case your return is not approved (due to condition or late return request), we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return the original item as per the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
